Work Passport in the Agency Plan
How the labeling and passport issuance process works — a short guide for Agency customers.
How the Process Works
Every image generated under the Agency plan undergoes an additional labeling and registration process, so you receive a publication-ready image together with a document confirming its origin.
- You generate an image — enter a prompt, select the available settings, and start generating an image on Talent.pl.
- The system identifies your plan — Talent.pl automatically checks that you are on the Agency plan and initiates the work labeling and registration process (under the Start and Creator plans, images are delivered without a passport).
- The image is labeled — the work receives a unique passport number, an SHA-256 checksum, and the agreed metadata.
- The data is recorded in the register — key information about the work — including the passport number, generation date, AI model, license, and content category — is stored in the internal talent.pl register (your prompt and email address remain internal data and are not disclosed during standard verification).
- A PDF document is created — a Work Passport is generated in PDF format from the registered data, including its number, issue date, details of the work and AI model, license scope, and a QR code linking to the verification page.
- You receive the complete package — once the process is complete, you receive the labeled image, a passport PDF, and a passport number for subsequent verification (if labeling or passport creation fails, an incomplete package is not delivered automatically).
What You Receive
- A labeled image ready for publication and further use.
- A PDF document containing the Work Passport.
- A passport number enabling verification at any time.
Important Billing Rules
Expiration of Allowances
Unused image allowances expire at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly for an annual plan). Unused images cannot be carried over to the next period unless the offer expressly states otherwise (§6 section 6 of the Terms and Conditions).
Electronic Invoices and the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF)
Electronic invoices are issued for all plans. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions also constitutes the user’s consent to receive invoices in this form (§8 of the Terms and Conditions). Invoices are available in the user dashboard and sent to the email address associated with the account.
Regulatory update: from February 1, 2026, all VAT taxpayers in Poland are required to receive structured invoices through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), and from April 1, 2026, the obligation to issue invoices through KSeF applies to most businesses (except the smallest taxpayers with monthly sales of up to PLN 10,000 gross, for whom the deadline was postponed to January 1, 2027).
- Invoices issued through KSeF must comply with the FA(3) logical structure, which replaced the previous FA(2) format.
- Until the end of 2026, a transitional period applies without administrative penalties for errors associated with the implementation of KSeF; from January 1, 2027, penalties may amount to up to 100% of the VAT stated on an invoice or up to 18.7% of the gross receivable for invoices without VAT.
- From August 1, 2026, bank transfers (including split payments) will require the KSeF invoice number.
Talent.pl is adapting its electronic invoicing process to KSeF requirements within the applicable deadlines; detailed technical rules remain set out in the Terms and Conditions and will be updated as the system is implemented.
Late Payment
In the event of late payment, the Service Provider may suspend services or restrict access to features until the outstanding amount is paid (§6 section 9 of the Terms and Conditions).
Pricing Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices and plan features. The Service will notify users of any material changes sufficiently in advance — through a notice on the Service or by email. Changes do not affect plans that have already been paid for.
Payment Methods
Payments on the Service are processed through the electronic payment providers indicated at checkout. The current list of available payment methods is displayed during checkout. Subscriptions purchased in the English-language version are billed in euros (EUR). Existing subscriptions purchased in PLN continue to be billed in PLN.
VAT Rate
The standard VAT rate in Poland is 23%. Depending on the customer and the applicable tax rules, the rate or tax treatment may differ. All EUR prices in this price list are gross prices, with any applicable VAT included.
AI Act Compliance — Labeling of AI-Generated Content
From August 2, 2026, the transparency obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) enter into force and are particularly relevant to AI image generation services provided by talent.pl..
- Article 50(2) — providers of generative AI systems (including talent.pl as an entity offering image generation) must ensure that generated content is marked in a machine-readable format and detectable as artificially generated or manipulated (e.g., metadata, watermark).
- Article 50(4) — for deepfake content (an image resembling a real person or event in a potentially misleading manner), it is mandatory to clearly disclose that the content has been artificially generated or manipulated.
- The European Commission published the final Code of Practice on AI content labeling (June 10, 2026) — voluntary, but recognized as an appropriate tool for demonstrating compliance with Article 50.
- The “Digital Omnibus on AI” package was formally adopted — by the European Parliament on June 16, 2026, and by the Council of the European Union on June 29, 2026 — and is currently awaiting publication in the Official Journal of the EU. It shortens the transitional period for implementing technical marking (Article 50(2) of the AI Act) from 6 to 3 months for AI systems already on the market before August 2, 2026 — for Talent.pl, this deadline falls on December 2, 2026.
The same Digital Omnibus on AI package also introduces a new absolute prohibition under Article 5 of the AI Act, effective December 2, 2026: a ban on using AI systems to generate intimate or sexual content depicting a real person without their consent (non-consensual intimate imagery), as well as content depicting child sexual abuse. None of the Talent.pl pricing plans (Start, Creator, Agency) provides for the generation of content covered by this prohibition.
Independently of this mandatory metadata labeling, Talent.pl implemented the “AI Passport” microservice on July 14, 2026, which automatically applies an additional invisible steganographic watermark (TrustMark) to images generated by Agency plan customers — without user involvement or manual configuration. This business solution goes beyond the minimum required under Article 50 of the AI Act and does not replace mandatory metadata labeling, which — as stated above — applies to all plans (Start, Creator, Agency) regardless of whether the additional steganographic watermark has been applied.
AI Passport — Full Scope in the Agency Plan
The “AI Passport” microservice (launched July 14, 2026) automatically assigns an electronic provenance passport to each work generated under the Agency plan — an evidentiary document confirming the image’s origin, the AI model used, license terms, and compliance with the AI Act and GDPR. The passport is created automatically at the time of generation, without user involvement and at no extra charge, using the same microservice architecture that meets the requirements of Article 50(2) of the AI Act for all plans.
Generation Costs and Limits by Plan
The table below compares the monthly subscription price, monthly HD image allowance, and the gross subscription price per included image when the full monthly allowance is used. This is a pricing ratio, not the technical cost of generating an image.
| Plan | Monthly Price | HD Image Allowance/Month | Gross Price/Image (at full allowance) |
| Start | 9 EUR | 100 | 0.090 EUR |
| Creator | 22 EUR | 250 | 0.088 EUR |
| Agency | 159 EUR | 1 500 | 0.106 EUR |
Gross prices, including VAT as applicable at checkout. The gross price per included image is calculated from the monthly subscription fee divided by the image allowance; annual subscription pricing results in a lower effective rate. The Agency plan also includes the full AI Passport features described below.
AI Passport Components (Agency Plan)
- IPTC/XMP Metadata — Digital Source Type field = trainedAlgorithmicMedia (IPTC industry standard), machine-readable and used, among others, by Google Merchant Center to label generative AI content.
- Visible “AI” Badge applied to the image — an unambiguous visual indication of its generative origin.
- C2PA Manifest (Content Credentials) — a cryptographically signed manifest compliant with the C2PA / Content Authenticity Initiative standard (a project supported by Adobe), embedded in the file; it confirms the work’s provenance chain and modification history
- Invisible TrustMark Steganographic Watermark — an additional layer of provenance evidence resistant to screenshots and recompression, enabled automatically (available exclusively in the Agency plan).
- Evidence Register Entry — a “provenance log” recorded for each work: file SHA-256 hash, generation date and time, AI model, prompt, subscription plan, and licensing information.
- Public Verification Link + QR Code — a static verification page querying the register by passport ID; both the customer and recipient of the work can verify the image’s origin and license scope at any time.
- Editable DOCX License Document — a document confirming the license scope (Special Model), ready for signature or stamp; where necessary, cryptographically signed using a talent.pl key or a qualified electronic signature (e.g., Autenti).
Passport Data Structure
The passport is based on the AI Work Passport v1.0.0 JSON schema, comprising the following sections:
- asset — work ID, SHA-256 hash, format, dimensions
- generacja — date and time, prompt, generation parameters
- model — AI model name, version, and provider
- prawa — licensing model, scope, and terms of use
- zgodność — AI Act labeling (Article 50), GDPR, EU data location
- proweniencja — provenance chain (C2PA) and modification history
- audyt — evidence register entry
- eksport — output formats: metadata, C2PA manifest, DOCX document, verification page
Passport Scope by Plan
The technical passporting mechanism is shared by all plans — only the scope of additional content and the delivery format differ. The full scope is available under the Agency plan.
| Passport Component | Start | Creator | Agency |
| IPTC/XMP Metadata + Visible “AI” Badge | yes (auto) | yes (auto) | yes (auto) |
| Evidence Register Entry (Provenance Log) | yes | yes | yes |
| C2PA Manifest (Content Credentials) | no | optional | yes |
| Public Verification Link + QR Code | no | yes | yes |
| Editable DOCX License Document | no | no | yes |
| TrustMark Steganographic Watermark | no | no | yes (auto) |
Features available under the Creator and Agency plans (C2PA manifest, QR-code verification page, license document) are implemented using the same open-source tools (including c2pa-python) — with no additional subscription fee payable to an external provider.
Legal Basis and Standards
The requirement to label AI-generated content in a machine-readable format (Article 50(2) of the AI Act) applies to all plans (Start, Creator, Agency) and is already met at the IPTC/XMP metadata level. The full AI Passport package — C2PA manifest, QR-code verification page, editable license document, and TrustMark steganographic watermark — goes beyond the legal minimum and is a distinguishing feature of the Agency plan, strengthening evidence of the origin of works and facilitating B2B licensing arrangements.
EU Infrastructure and Data Protection (GDPR / AI Act)
Talent.pl provides services using infrastructure located within the European Union. The servers, process automation environment (Make.com), and microservices handling image generation and work passporting (including “AI Passport”) operate in data centers located in the EU, ensuring full control over personal data processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
Hosting infrastructure within the EU means that customer data, including generation history and content labeling metadata, is not transferred to third countries or subjected to jurisdiction outside the European Union. The operating environment is managed independently by the Service Provider, reducing reliance on subcontractors based outside the EU and strengthening compliance with data localization requirements arising from data protection regulations.
