Frequently asked questions
1. About the Talent.pl platform
Talent.pl is a Polish platform for generating HD images in real time using artificial intelligence. It enables the creation of legal, licensed digital works — for both private and commercial use. Every image generated in the Service is covered by an appropriate licence model (S, R or Special), which gives users legal certainty as to how they may use the generated content.
The Service is operated by Kancelaria Prawnicza dr Wiktor Czeszejko-Sochacki radca prawny, ul. Nowogrodzka 62C lok. 47, 02-002 Warszawa, Tax ID (NIP) 1181598012. The owner combines legal expertise with AI technology, which makes it possible to provide users not only with a creative tool but also with full legal certainty for the generated content.
The platform is aimed at a wide range of users: freelancers and graphic designers looking for a fast tool for creating images, small and medium-sized companies that need graphics for marketing communication, advertising and creative agencies, content creators and influencers, as well as lawyers, consultants and specialists who need visual content that complies with the law.
Yes. The platform is aimed at everyone regardless of their place of residence, in particular at users from the European Union and the European Economic Area. All services are provided in accordance with Polish and EU law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024).
2. Registration and account
Registration requires an e-mail address, a password and acceptance of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Once the e-mail address is confirmed, the account is active and you can start using the platform straight away. Registration is free of charge.
Full access to the image generation features requires an account. Some content may be viewable without logging in, but generating, downloading and licensing works requires you to be logged in.
As a rule, no — an account is assigned to one user. Sharing login details is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by the offer (e.g. dedicated B2B plans). If you need access for multiple people, contact us — we will prepare a suitable offer.
The login page has a “Forgot password” option. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive a link to reset your password. The link is valid for a limited time — if you do not use it in time, you can generate a new one.
A request to delete your account can be submitted from the user panel or by sending a message to contact@talent.pl. Deleting an account is irreversible. Transaction and billing data are retained for the period required by law (usually 5 tax years). Deleting an account does not release you from the obligation to pay any outstanding amounts.
3. Image generation
Simply enter a description (prompt) in the text field and click “Generate”. The platform passes the prompt to the AI model, which creates an HD image in real time. The whole process usually takes a few seconds. You can use additional parameters, such as style, aspect ratio, mood or colour tone, to tailor the result precisely to your needs.
A prompt is a text description of the image you want to generate. The more precise and detailed the description, the closer the result will be to your expectations. You can describe the artistic style, subject, colours, mood, composition, lighting — almost any visual aspect. The Service provides sample prompts and tips for beginners.
No, AI content generation is probabilistic. With an identical prompt, a slightly different result may be produced each time. This is a feature of generative models, not a platform error. You can generate an image from the same prompt multiple times to choose the best variant within your limit.
Aesthetic dissatisfaction with a generated image alone is not a defect of the service if the platform worked correctly from a technical point of view. A complaint is justified in the event of technical errors, no generation despite funds being charged, prolonged unavailability of the Service or significant discrepancies with the description of the offer.
The number of images depends on the selected plan. The Start Plan includes 100 HD images per month, the Creator Plan — 250 HD images per month, and the Agency Plan — 1,500 HD images per month. Unused limits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over to the next month, unless the offer expressly provides otherwise.
Once you have used up your limit in a given billing period, access to the generation features is suspended until the start of the next period. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get a larger limit.
4. Plans and pricing
Talent.pl offers three subscription plans: the Start Plan (EUR 9/month or EUR 83/year, up to 100 HD images per month, Model S licence), the Creator Plan (EUR 22/month or EUR 214/year, up to 250 HD images per month, Model R licence) and the Agency Plan (EUR 159/month or EUR 1,527/year, up to 1,500 HD images per month, Special Model licence). Details of each plan are available on the Pricing page in the Service.
Yes. All three plans offer reduced annual pricing: Start — EUR 83/year, Creator — EUR 214/year, and Agency — EUR 1,527/year. The annual fee is paid upfront for 12 months. Savings compared with 12 monthly payments vary by plan because the EUR prices are fixed.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. As a rule, an upgrade takes effect immediately or from the next billing period – details are available in the user panel. Downgrading (moving to a lower plan) generally takes effect from the next billing period.
Invoices are issued electronically. Accepting the Terms of Service when registering or purchasing a plan means consenting to receive invoices in electronic form. Invoices are available in the user panel and are sent to the e-mail address assigned to the account.
Prices listed on the English-language pricing page are in EUR and include applicable VAT. The final tax breakdown is shown at checkout and on the invoice, according to the customer’s tax circumstances. Electronic invoices are available for purchases.
After you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, access to the generation features is restricted. Images you have previously generated and downloaded remain available for your use within the scope of the licence granted.
5. Licences and rights
The scope of rights depends on the selected plan. Model S (Start plan) is a non-exclusive licence with a standard scope. Model R (Creator plan) is a non-exclusive licence with an extended scope. The Special Model (Agency plan) covers a broader scope of use, described individually in the offer. None of the standard plans includes a transfer of the author’s economic rights.
Yes, within the scope of the given licence model. The Creator (Model R) and Agency (Special Model) plans include commercial use. The Start plan (Model S) may have restrictions in this respect – details are set out in the licence terms available in the Service. We recommend reading the licence description before using the images in commercial projects.
Yes, this is a feature of generative AI models. With similar prompts, different users may obtain visually similar results. The licence granted by Talent.pl is, as a rule, non-exclusive, which means that the Service Provider may grant similar licences to other users. If you need exclusivity or uniqueness, contact us to agree individual terms.
Reselling images as a standalone stock product, sublicensing them or making them available in asset libraries is, as a rule, not permitted. However, you may use the images as part of your projects, marketing materials, and digital and physical products – within the limits of the licence granted. The detailed scope of prohibitions and permissions is set out in the Terms of Use of Works available in the Service.
No. Using images generated on talent.pl to train, improve or test your own AI models is expressly prohibited, unless this results directly from the Service’s functionality or a separate agreement with the Service Provider.
6. Privacy and data security
The platform processes the data necessary to provide its services: registration data (e-mail, password), billing data, transaction data, input materials (prompts, reference files), the history of generated images, information on limits used and technical data (logs, device identifiers). Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Yes, prompts and generation parameters may be stored in the account history for the period necessary to provide services, handle billing and ensure security. You have the right to access your history and request its deletion in accordance with your rights under the GDPR.
As a rule, the controller aims to use providers that process data within the EEA. If a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, it takes place only on the basis of an appropriate legal transfer mechanism (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
You have the following rights: access to your data, rectification of data, erasure of data (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing) and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Complaints and contact
A complaint can be submitted electronically to contact@talent.pl or in writing to the Service Provider’s registered office address. The complaint should include: data enabling the user to be identified (the e-mail address linked to the account), a description of the problem and the request (e.g. a refund, re-generation). The Service Provider will process the complaint no later than 30 days after receiving it.
Justified grounds for a complaint include, among others: prolonged lack of access to the Service without prior notice, a permanent inability to download purchased content, incorrect charging of a fee, significant functional differences compared to the description of the offer, and a technical failure preventing generation despite funds being charged to the account.
You can contact us via the contact form in the Service or directly by e-mail at: contact@talent.pl. For legal advice on AI and intellectual property law, we invite you to use the “AI legal advisory” service provided by attorney-at-law Dr Wiktor Czeszejko-Sochacki.
8. Legal regulations and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act)
Yes. The platform is designed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). The Service does not offer high-risk AI systems or systems covered by the prohibitions in Art. 5 of that Act — this also includes the new prohibition introduced by the Digital Omnibus on AI package, under which, from 2 December 2026, it is prohibited to generate intimate or sexual content depicting a real person without their consent (non-consensual intimate imagery) and content depicting the sexual abuse of children; the Service implements appropriate technical and moderation mechanisms to prevent the generation of such content. Content generated by the Service is subject to transparency and AI content labelling rules in line with the applicable regulations.
Yes. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The legal bases, purposes of processing, retention period, user rights and information on data transfers are described in the Talent.pl Privacy Policy.
Using AI-generated content in areas requiring qualified specialist knowledge (medicine, law, finance, recruitment) requires particular caution. Users are solely responsible for assessing whether a given application complies with the applicable regulations. If you have any legal doubts, we encourage you to use our AI legal advisory service.
