Licence and permitted use Talent.pl

Effective date: 15.09.2026

What do you get as a user?

Under the standard Talent.pl offers, the user does not buy the author’s economic rights to the image. The user receives a licence, i.e. permission to use the image within a specified scope. This is very important: simply generating, displaying, downloading or paying for an image does not automatically mean complete freedom of use.

What is usually allowed?

Unless the offer provides otherwise, you can usually:

  • save and download the image,
  • use it for your own private or professional purposes,
  • publish it on your own website,
  • use it on a landing page,
  • publish it on social media,
  • use it in your portfolio,
  • use it in typical promotional and communication materials,
  • use it in presentations, editorial materials and digital materials.

However, you should always check whether a specific offer, plan or description of the work introduces additional restrictions.

What is usually prohibited?

Unless the offer or a separate agreement expressly permits it, you may not:

  • resell the image as a standalone file,
  • offer the image as stock, a component, a template, a preset or an element of an asset library,
  • sublicense the image to third parties,
  • build a product on it whose main value is the image itself,
  • use it to train AI models or build datasets,
  • download works from the Service in bulk,
  • use the image in a way that violates the law, personal rights or the rights of third parties,
  • use the image for disinformation, fraud or unlawful deepfakes.

Can I use the image commercially?

As a rule, yes, but only to the extent that results from the licence and the description of the offer. If you are planning advertising, sales or branding use, or a large-scale campaign, it is worth checking whether the given offer expressly covers such use.

If your case is non-standard, it is safest to assume that a separate offer or additional confirmation of the scope of the licence is needed.

Can I post the image on Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook?

Yes, as a rule this is permitted if the use falls within the scope of the licence. This also applies to publication on your own social media profiles, in posts, stories, educational materials and portfolios.

Can I use the image in advertising?

This is usually only possible if the scope of the licence covers it. The bigger the campaign, the budget or the reach, or the more central the role of the image in the advertisement, the more important it is to check the terms of the specific offer.

Can I use the image as a logo?

As a rule, no. Under the standard model, an image from Talent.pl should not be treated as a logo, trademark or element of visual identity intended for registration or for use requiring exclusivity.

If such use is needed, it should be based on a separate offer or a separate agreement.

Can others have a similar image?

Yes. Images generated using AI tools may be similar to other results in terms of style, motif, composition, colour scheme or overall visual effect.

This means that purchasing a plan, a single generation or access to a work does not give you a monopoly on a particular style, theme or aesthetic.

Can I use my own input materials?

Yes, but you are responsible for their legality. This applies to prompts, photos, logos, texts, inspirations, references, files and other materials used in generation.

If you use other people’s photos, trademarks, likenesses or personal data, you must have the appropriate rights, consents or another legal basis.

Can I create images featuring third parties?

Only if you have an appropriate legal basis for using their likeness or other data. The user is responsible for the legality of such activities.

Can I use the images to train my own AI?

No, unless a separate agreement expressly provides for it. As standard, it is prohibited to use works from Talent.pl to train AI models, build datasets or recreate the Service’s library.

Do I have to label the use of AI?

Sometimes, yes. If the law, an industry standard, advertising rules or the context of publication requires the use of AI to be labelled, the user should apply such a label.

What if the image infringes someone’s rights or I have doubts?

You should not continue using the image without checking the situation. If in doubt, it is best to contact Talent.pl and describe the problem before publication or further use.

What if I don’t like the image?

Aesthetic dissatisfaction with the result alone does not automatically mean that the service was performed incorrectly. Images generated by AI are probabilistic, so the result may differ from your expectations.

What about the right of withdrawal?

Generating an image on Talent.pl is a digital service performed immediately after being ordered. For consumers and businesses with consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun, if the user was informed of this in advance and gave the required consent.

Where can I find the full rules?

The full and binding rules are set out in the following documents:

  • the Talent.pl Terms of Service,
  • the Terms of Use of Works,
  • the Terms for Creators,
  • the Information on digital services and the right of withdrawal,
  • the current price list,
  • the description of the specific offer or plan,
  • any separate agreement.
