Community Guidelines and Reporting Violations

Our Guidelines

Talent.pl operates on three principles: the legality of generated content, respect for the rights of third parties, and transparency regarding AI-generated content. We expect the same from every user of the Service.

What You Must Not Generate or Prompt For

  • Unlawful content, including content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Content depicting violence or inciting hatred or discrimination on any grounds.
  • Sexual content involving minors or depicting individuals in a manner that violates their dignity without their consent.
  • Images of real people used without their consent in a manner that infringes their personal rights (including misleading, realistic deepfakes).
  • Content impersonating other individuals, brands, or institutions.
  • Content intended for creating malware, phishing, or other technically harmful activities.
  • Spam or mass automated content generation in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.

Consequences of Violations

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, talent.pl may:

  1. Issue a warning and request that the activity be stopped.
  2. Remove or block access to content that violates the guidelines.
  3. Temporarily suspend access to the account.
  4. Permanently block the account in cases of serious or repeated violations of the guidelines — without refunding fees for the unused billing period in justified cases.

How to Report a Violation

Reports of violations — involving content, accounts, or the use of AI Content — can be submitted to contact@talent.pl. Please include the following in your report:

  • A link or identifier (e.g., an AI Passport number) of the content being reported.
  • A description of the violation and the reason why the content or activity violates the guidelines.
  • Your contact details if you wish to be informed of the outcome of the report.

We review reports with due care, within a reasonable timeframe appropriate to the nature of the report. We inform the person submitting the report of the outcome, provided they have supplied their contact details.

Appeals Procedure

If you disagree with a decision concerning your account or content, you may submit an appeal by writing to contact@talent.pl with a description of the situation and the reasons for your appeal. We review appeals individually, taking into account the circumstances of the report and the account’s history.
